FAMILY VISA APPROVAL TAKE MORE DAYS?

Sav, It is okay, not your fault but be patient, you will get what you are looking for but we need to be patient, yes. ..............

When they said 2 days then it was not good to start checking it after 1 day, now give 3 days more, yes, come back here after 3 more days, but be hopeful, have some patience, papers are moving but we need to be patient.

hi all , i applied for my wife visa.. all my document was correct.

while submitting they told me to check after 2 days. but i started checking from the first day. and it was showing status under review . But when i checked after the status is Under Process ... could anyone tell me how long it will take to approved.. i am worried they will approved or reject. thanks alot

all docs are submitted correctly. i am worried why its delayed.

Savleen, It is normal, in some cases delay is normal.

One week max more, be patient.

Hi all, i have a different issue. I hv applied for family visa for my wife and son. My wife's visa has already come but son's visa application status shows under process from almost 20 days. Does not show any signs of changing. Went to immigration to check but asked us to wait fo some more days. I'm really worried as i was planning go leave to my native. Please can someone say y cud dere be a delay? There are no documents missing as confirmed by immigration.

I have applied for family visa on 20.11.2012 with all concern documents. After a week the result was "Application postponed",i visited immigration on 27.11.2012 they told there is a missing of Education certificate.(submitted my Engineering degree certificate with all attestation before)any way submitted it again,Till today there is no change in status .Mean while ma wife's visit visa going to expire dec last .Am bit confused about the status.Pls advice me what step next i have to take? & let me know Any one got approval after resubmitting the missed documents ?

hello, babu, unfortunately my application got rejected. what shall I do now ? Can I do something if we meet any captain inside. I have one PRO who can arrange for me to meet the captain...can he do something immediately if I produce the missing documents ? or sonce it is rejected it will be a problem to get approval immediately ?

or I have to go through the procedure like lajna and all.....

Waiting is the only option you have now. That too eid holidays are coming, if the status not changed before eid holidays, you need to wait for a couple of weeks.

Unless the status changed to postponed, rejected or Visa ready status, nothing can be done.

actually in my case first it showed under process and then after 3 days it showed application is postponed and then after we submitted the documents which they wanted it shows application under process till date. in my daughters case it first showed under process and then under review and then again now under process till date...what will happen now??? i am worried...they r not asking for any more documents...what should we do now

This is the second status after Application Under Review.

After this status only you will come to know about the rest of the status.

I mean whether its approved or rejected or postponed.

And are you trying to sponsor your husband? It might never be approved, unless you possess a certain post/job position, plus tens of other factors..

thanks babu for the detailed info but if the status says application is under process and there is no expiry date what does that mean they need more documents or it will be approved in a day or two

my application was submited on 15/10/2012. Now I am desperately looking for status change...but its still under review.....

how many days does it takes normally for all these status change....

just need to know as I am looking forward to finalise this before Eid holidays...can I ???

First Status - Applicaiton Under Review

Once you submit the applcation in the counter, it will show the status as above

Second Status - Under Processing With Expiry Date

-------------------------------------------------

It means, your application is approved, need to wait for a day or couple of days to take print out

Third Status - Visa is ready, please pay the fees at the nearest Immigration office

---------------------------------------------------------

Its the last status, where you can go and pay the fees and take the print out

Final Status - Printed and Delivered

------------------------------------

Once you recieve the print out, it will be changed to the above status.

Application Is Rejected

-----------------------

Your application is rejected, you need to goto the counter and ask for commitee meeting.

Application is Postponed

------------------------

Some documents are missing, you need to go and ask at the counter for the reason, after that you can submit it.

Just wait for some time, mine was applied last Oct. 10 and got the approval on October 18. after 3 days, it must show the application and expiration date though its still under process.

It can take up to 15 days. but keep on check website or visiting Immigration Gharafa office.
