I had a very bad experience with Nissan Service Centre, Industrial Area.
It has been noticed that all the Service Advisors are cooperative. However the issue is with the Warranty Department.
I had given my vehicle at Service Centre on 29 Jun 2019 with unusual noise from the front part of car. The vehicle was inspected and found that the statement given by me is correct during the road test. Later it was revealed that there is a minor crack in the front right suspension. Even though the vehicle was under warranty, the warranty Department didn’t agree to change the part since the warranty is finishing on 17th July. I approached Warranty Manager Mr. Venkat on 1st July when the vehicle was being handed over without changing the part. His behaviour was very rude. He didn’t wanted to help and mentioned to me that I can raise complaint.
Such experience from the main service Centre was not expected.
My vehicle was kept for 4 days in the service centre without any use.
wakra service center also take less time to serve,,,,,my dear human nature think like negatively,,,,,actually if they give you car with in few hours may be you think that they did not do any thing with my car,,,,,soo please give them proper time to get good service,,,,,
but i feel the coast of per service they charge more then toyota crolla,,,,i suggest to nissan service center,,,please check toyota customer dealing,,,,and implement on your service center,,,,after that i hope cutomer argument will be zero,,,,,,take care
disgusting and pathetic are the words for nissan service centers.
The stories to tell are countless. But then customer service is missing almost everywhere in qatar. I visited nissan in uae and was amazed by their customer service.
Just one example to quote from here in qatar. I took my car for a regular (every 5K) service. They say the car will be delievered after 3-4 days. I say this is a simple service why so long, the actual time working on the car will not be more than few hours. They point out the appointment system to me. So i walk over to the appointment desk to hear that i have to call them atleast 48hrs in advance, and the car will be returned not before 4 days. What the heck!
The so called customer service agents sitting there are demotivated, without any concern for the customer, walk around aimlessly without acknowledging the customer; all this is obviously due to the work over load and low pays.
There are few (2-3) sensible people at nissan centers.

Customer service tut tut
The rock, if you want to check alignment or basic service like change oil and stuff go to Tyseer service center on airport road.
I wanted to get an estimate for a oil leak and they told me 7 effing days. You dont want to know what the estimate was either.
I asked them to check if the car needs alignment or is ok, response of their 'customer service agent',
"Oh oh sir, checking will take 4 days and 500 riyals, sorry sir but we have to follow company policy, i cannot loose my job"
wtf!

nissan has service centre at different location the one which are over crowded will take time.I use to visit near
YARMOK service center and its very busy place.Then I shifted to abuhamour and its OK.

I have been going to the nissan service station fot 5 years and it has been pretty simple
