Work Visa, Attestation and living cost

I am from Australia. My origin is Bangladeshi. I am Australian Citizen/Passport holder and living in Australia with my family. My wife is also Bangladeshi and Australian passport holder. My daughter is born in Australia. She has Australian Birth Certificate and Australian passport. We are moving to Qatar. I am civil engineer and graduated from Bangladesh. I have few questions. 1)Do I need to attest original certificate or photocopy?
2)Do I need to attest original transcripts or photocopy?
3)Is it from Bangladesh?
4)What is the attestation procedure in Bangladesh now?
5)Do I need to bring International driving License?
6)Do I need to bring Australian police clearance?
7)Do I need to attest marriage certificate or kabin nama original or photocopy? (I married in Bangladesh and since a long time ago (2002) when I was in UAE, I did attestation “kabin nama” and only photocopy of engineering certificate (Not original, Original is laminated) through UAE embassy in Bangladesh.
8)Can I use those photo copies in Qatar?
9)Is my daughter Australian passport not enough?
10)Do I need to attest my daughter birth certificate from Australia or? What is the procedure in Australia? (I do not understand why I need to attested my daughter Birth certificate? she has Australian passport).
11)Can I transfer my Australian driving License to qatari License? Or do I need to go for Test?

Also I would like to know the living cost such as

1) New 3 bed rooms unfurnished and furnished decent flat rent near city or little far
2) Approximate new Furniture cost (King, queen and single size bed, mattress and 5 seated sofa set and 6 seated dining)
3) New Toyota Parado price or new 4 wheel vehicle/car price and which one is the good and cheap?
4) Average Laptop and desktop price
5)3 member food cost per month
6) Family medical Insurance cost
7) Vehicle Insurance cost, car registration cost, license cost per year
8) Is there possible to buy new car through installment from the show room? If yes then what is the condition and how long will be the installment?
9) Transportation cost, I meant bus, train and taxi fare.
10) Utility bill (Water, sewer, electricity etc),
11) Phone bill (Land and Mobile),
12) Internet,
13) Cable TV,
14) Family visa cost
15) What is the condition there for schooling and the average cost for schooling?
16) Child school cost for good English medium school for Kg class (child birth day 11/01 2009. My child is not going to school in Australia. She will go to preschool from 2013 in Australia)
