Other than the healthy options at Sushi Minto (posted above), there is a fresh salad bar at Ponderosa Steakhouse.

"I dont eat eggs, meat, white bread, chocolate(im that already), butter, dont drink fizzy drinks, alcohol, milk(only rice or almond milk etc) dont smoke and definitely dont do drugs, coffee or tea( only herbAl haha"

Your best OPTION is to eat at home or hire a cook to cook at home.

Arab food is pretty healthy. Lots of beans and rice and olive oil, fresh veggies, too.

Hmm, now I am hungry...

Subway is not healthy. The bread they use is flour, sugar and fat. Bad for you, as simple as that. Plus, the meat they use is not healthy either, too much sodium. The veg , if sitting cut up in the dish all day, all that was good about it at some point is gone.

Sri lankan food at the restaurants are as hot as it get's. Just go order anything with words "devil" in em. Pair it with some fried rice and chili paste and before you know it you'll have nicely burned the roof of your mouth! Personally since getting to Qatar I've become a bit of a wimp and can now handle limited spice!

And back to the OP I do love PinkBerry frozen yogurts as far as healthier desert options go. Fat free and so yummy!

Now that's kinda hard. But I'd say Arabic food can be pretty healthy, specially if you omit the fries and stick to grilled chicken or fish.

Qutba is nice, i've been there too, but seriously no one makes proper spicy food here. I'm yet to burn my tongue :(

In that category i'd suggest Tandoor in muntaza or airport road their food tastes great as well.

you can go to corniche and chew on the grass.

No outside prepared food can be "healthy" as you never know how the food is prepared.

That being said I'm open to invitations from anyone preparing a good home cooked healthy steak :)
