Good day! I am currently working here in doha for 9months and I already have RP. I am planning to resign and the company will not issue NOC. I am aware that I will be banned in Doha for 2years if the company will not issue NOC. My question is..Is it also applicable, the 2years ban for the change of sponsorship because I am also awaiting for my husband sponsorship. Is it possible I can come back after my resignation if I am under husband sponsorship. Please help me to clear this..Thank you so much in advance!

Yes you can, my friend she also resigned and didn't get NOC from her previous company. Then she go back to our country then her husband applies a husband sponsorship for her.

Now shes back in Doha and working again.

You can come any time under the sponsorship of your husband. And since he will be your sponsor he can issue NOC in your favor and you can work again.
