already bios is in default mode....
fan running good and bios already set to default... no result
go to your bios set up and set it to default mode.
u r most probably having a problem with the processor's fan. it's 95% hardware issue. get the fan inspected by an expert & u will c
Laptops do freeze when they get too hot - to protect the CPU. It could be the fan that is the cause.
If your OS is a freshly installed on your machine, this must be a hardware problem.
if this was a hardware problem then y does it not occur in safe mode? does microsoft services do cause any trouble?? coz thats the only services that doesnt run in a safe mode...
Just back up your files to other drive if your on partition, then reformat and install new OS.This will ensure you that your pc is clean of any viruses, after reformatting if it still hangs this may cause some hardware problems.Be sure to install Anti virus and malwarebytes after you reformat.
i already formatted the system......
is there any recent windows update on your machine?
Try restoring it to a point prior to existence of that issue you are currently experiencing.
Is there any new hardware installed or software application installed prior to issue encountered? If so try to uninstall it first and check if issue still persists.
If all else fail.. I suggest to back up your files on a safety hard disk and format it :D
-just my two cents
the system was running fine for long time. if that is the issue then y it should run ok in safe mode?
I think it is something related to your OS on 64 bit. A friend of mine is complaining similar issue on his laptop (Toshiba 64 bit) with the same OS while I have Toshiba 32 bit with Win 7 Ultimate running without any such issues.
