Mobile VOIP not working on Phone

Dear friends,

Recently I am not able to call through the mobile voip services....I mean use a VOIP through mobile phone. It is connecting but no voice...What is wrong? Any solutions?/\

i did many times but fails and also not working for me even on my laptop,its getting stuck when making call.

Delete the mobile voip from the phone itself not only the icon. Delete from the system. Then reinstall and use. Its very cheaper. I used till today afternoon. So far i haven't any problem.
