Sad to say, but my answer would be 'beer'. What does everyone else do?

I always remember what Allah said in Quran :

(But it is possible that ye dislike a thing which is good for you, and that ye love a thing which is bad for you. But Allah knoweth, and ye know not.)

It makes things easy for me.

Truly, nothing makes me feel better when faced with trials, than praying and supplicating to God for solutions and help.

After that it would be trying to instead concentrate on all my blessings, and a good talk with someone I love and trust.
