What are you on and where can I get some ?
I learnt this poem by Gieve Patel in school...talks about deep rooted attachments and old habits.
It takes much time to kill a tree,
Not a simple jab of the knife
Will do it.
It has grown
Slowly consuming the earth,
Rising out if it, feeding
Upon its crust, absorbing
Years of sunlight, air, water,
And out of its leprous hide
Sprouting leaves.
So hack and chop
But this alone won’t do it.
Not so much pain will do it.
The bleeding bark will heal
And from close to the ground
Will rise curled green twigs,
Miniature boughs
Which if unchecked will expand again
To former size.
No,
The root is to be pulled out
Out of the anchoring earth;
It is to be roped, tied,
And pulled out-snapped out
Or pulled out entirely,
Out from the earth-cave,
And the strength of the tree exposed,
The source, white and wet,
The most sensitive, hidden
For years inside the earth.
Then the matter
Of scorching and choking
In sun and air,
Browning, hardening,
Twisting, withering,
And then it is done.
Think not that the roots that sink into the depths of self-mortal is what draws to earth who does not know the bitter truth in what is known remote places on earth in the depths of the universe but this is the case humans strong is who controls the fate of the scurity concil and held in the outskirts of the bombs that explode and terrorizing humans bombs that do not explode but the threat is intimidation of the parties in this ongoing conflict, whether there are those who know or offer advice to any place but these tips provided to the parties whatever the matter and whatever the circumstances cairo under these contradictions in the cultivation of land arid in the empty qoarter or in the snow shining white and how implants can not understand what is the real depth in the reservoir roots

When a wife/man wakes him/her up for early morning prayers and makes a cup of tea/coffee .. is a real push for getting closer to the Almighty ..
Attachment in a sense of cohesiveness .. like complimenting forces for the mutual benefit.
