Any way to solve this issue??
Hello Qlers...
A serious issue for our company, suggest me a solution to solve this...
One of the many companies where our sponsor as a partner, has been blacklisted because of some labor issues. For that reason, our sponsor has been blocked by the ministry of labor.
Unfortunately, it came to know, all the companies are blocked where our sponsor as a partner. And it will uplift when the issue is over. But likely it will run more days in the nearby future.
Now the issue,
1. few of our staff visa expired a couple of months ago, and there is no option to renew the visa.
2. No new visa for our company!!
3. Our company paid a huge amount to import some machinery, and all are on the way, will it affect the issue of department of labor?? will they block it at the airport due to this issue?? if yes, how can we overcome this issue??
3. All the documents of our company is current and up to date wrf pro. We are unable to do anything for someones illegal act..!!
Please reply me.
Thnx for your kind replies...

u can renew all stuff Residence or work visa...just u cant apply for new visa
Ask your Sponsor to meet the Director for abour issues at the Labour Office on C-Ring Road and detail the scenario. He might be able to remove the ban on your branch so as to move ahead with your company activities.
it will effect only to apply for new visa
no problem....they will ask for CR only
and make sure to register ur CR at Customs & Port General Authority...its free
He is not someone. He is your sponsor. bear with it and settle the labour dispute with poor workers.
