I need your advise please!!!!
I just arrived here in Doha last June 2012 via business visit visa. I got a job and started working last August 1, 2012 for Company A. I thought i was lucky enough to get a job immediately. But now there is a big possibility that company A will declare bankruptcy because there is no income for the past 8 months and one of the partner is withdrawing its share. My working Visa for this company is still in process, I have only finished medical and finger printing. Now, if the company declares bankruptcy what will happen to my visa? Can I transfer sponsorship to a new company? Please give me advise! Thank you and I hope this is not the dead end for me.

since you already finished medical and finger printing, that means your company already applied a working visa for you, since you company is filing a bankcruptcy, the only thing you can do is to ask them a NOC so that you can apply to other company.
yes, U still can transfer your sponsorship to other company as long as you don't have QID yet to this bankrupt company. Hanap k n ng bagong work then ask mo ung Offer letter ipakita mo dyan sa previous company mo since wala ka pang QID.
