Ezdan buildings near Musherib wooqood and total fresh has the worst maintenance team . This specific building with two and three bedrooms apartments near wooqood, near total fresh! The rents are higher than all other Ezdans in the musherieb area and the maintenance team has the worst attitude towards the occupants! They Provides you with Bad furnitures and if Asked for a replacement before you moved in, the maintenance head has the worst attitude to speak with! He says no to almost everything! Kitchen sink has no tap fixed kitchen sealing is dirty and the living room tea table is full of scratches and stickers. If we spoil any of the furnitures they take money from our caution deposit and dumps the damaged furnitures on to the next tenent, how convinient!!

The rest will End up in one bedroom partitioned into a two bedroom and pay a higher rent of two bedroom! But seriously it’s just the case of this one set of Ezdan buildings!! Life here would be a lot more better For a lot of tenents if they could just change the maintenance team there.

can anyone tell me the location of Ezdan and how to reach higher authroity, the ppl in Ezdan are so rude and act like king and the owner of the villa. They are prejudice towards certain nationality. I would really like to know how to complaint or to reach higher authority?

There are similar people all around the world, so some time we have to just ignore them but if someone attacks other by mentioning the nationality so he must be given the proper answer and punishment for them same.

Not surprising, with this attitude there is so much trouble in these countries because they have huge issues . Lack of respect for others is one of them. Ignorant people. Sadly they don't even realize it.

It is very sad that people behave this way in the modern world and discriminating on color. I think you should not let me go easily otherwise this thing will happen again. Take strict action against that person.

Well,I started this thread just a couple of months ago and I mention here what happen to me on that day, so any how thank you Mr S..... from Ezdan. You handled the complain very well and helped us .In this Qatar National Day we are going to view the fire works from our balcony only because Mr.... helped us to change our flat.Thank you Ezdan now you have provided us security and the private cleaning company,they are doing very well.

I am in absolutely in disagreement with the conclusion that it is because they look down upon south asians. In reality, they think south east asians are soft targets to extract money or to cheat & hence is the terrorizing behavior. I wish few of South East Asian come foreward & teach them a good lesson , so that this generalized cheating mentality in arabs is cured.

This is not right. It's not about Nationality, color of your skin or what race and where you from. This man should know the words "RESPECT" and "HUMANITY". You should take his name and file a complaint to the management or else sue him in the police (though I don't know if it works here). You must not show them any fear especially if you know you are right. Most of the people here taken good people for granted and think that they can abuse them that easy. This type of think is very common in Ezdan village offices. .I am surprised to read the reply from Ezdan management. Instead of taking action immediately , they just say that they have "reminded him". What to remind, he should have been punished immediately. Its clearly shows the mentality of the Ezdan Management & It will encourage the person do such things more.

In Ezdan 2 also there is a rude man. almost every one hate him. He will some how or other create a fault to deduct the money from the tenant's deposits at the end of the contract. He don't talk to tenants properly at all. I don't want to mention his nationality as the people who belong to the same nationality will get hurt.

My question is doesn't Ezdan Management educate them when they are recruited. Since majority of the people (Tenants) are non Arabic speaking, why they employee a person who can't speak English. Whatever the answer might be, My personal opinion is simply that they don't care the Tenants. In their language "KALLI WALLI".

We are staying in Ezdan 31 , We used to play Tennis every day but last Thursday Maintanance Department of Ezdan 31 changed the Tennis Court into Basket ball Court . Basket Ball Court Dont have enough place to Play Tennis . Our Families sitting in Childrens Play ground and Its very much problem with Players who playing Basket Ball in Tennis Court( More than 25 Players making noise at the same time ) . That's really true Kiwi...everyday he is like this, I have seen him the way he shouts at the workers.He treats and speaks the same way to the tenents also...treats like we are staying in the building for free.....I have never seen a local even with this kind of an attitiude.....:(

Well,frankley speaking I don,t have any special reason to post against this man but I did because of his very very rude behaviour and harasement against us in front of our two kids any how we can notice that once we go through the comments he has become a specific person in this city.

Further more this is the real story which happened to me last morning and there is'nt any brushing and polishing.

Personally, being of mixed race and nationality, I find it all very senseless and wrong to blame an entire nation for the wrongdoings of some. The fact is, as I said before, each country has their share of good and evil beings.

Every Ezdan has different management. I live in a Ezdan new compound. I never have problems. I get my maintenance requests done same day, with no problems. Yes, they hire Egyptians, and Indians, etc that speak little to know English, but they work hard, and do good job.

Hopefully, you can report this guy, and get compensation. No one deserves to be treated this way.

Perhaps the guy or somebody close to him or known to him must have been hurt by some from this community and honestly you cannot blame him as some of this Lankans have a very crab like mentality and attitude and have turned some of this organizations and logistics companies they work at into Lankan mafia groupings by trying to push out others with their dirty tricks and then filling it with their own people

Every nation, race and religion will have their share of good and bad, noble and ignoble, evil and righteous etc.

Clearly the Ezdan Mgr mentioned in the OP was not taught at a young age to shun racism and hate to discriminate another, hence Doha Qat had to undergo such a horrid experience.

Learn a lesson from this...and stop all forms of unfair generalizations, regardless of how many bad apples you find among a particular group/race/nationality!

The sad thing is that every person seems to be a manager out here and nobody wants to be disturbed and neither wants to provide a service for the money they are being paid for. Thats one reason why there is not much respect for managers out here as every dick, peiris, Fonseka and ravindoo seem to be managers out here with no clue about what is their job responsibilities

Hi...Sorry to here about this.....is this guy tall and bit fat, short hair and a big beard....if so he is so called the manager. I stayed in ezdan Musheireb in 2011.He is a guy who is frustrated I guess or must be having family problems. he never look at customer's face and talk. we had a fire there in 2011 and the whole building didnt have electricity for two F***ing weeks. This idiot didnt do anything. They took three weeks to return my cash deposit at the end of my contract. After visiting the H/O four times,That also they deducted QR400/- saying that I have not returned all the keys...when I asked they said I have to return 3 keys for each door....when I took the place they only gave me two and some bedrooms didnt have keys even...(you can buy the whole lock set for QR 35/- in the market)which they refused when i said i will replace. :) I am also a sri lankan and will never advise anybody to deal with ezdan as long as they have this kind of staff

The above incident is really embarrassing,myself i am staying in Ezdan in Wakra. Before while searching apartments have visited most of the ezdan compounds in Wakra .

If its company accomodation try to follow up things from your office .You can report the issue to Ezdan main head office one in West Bay,they are far better than the one's sitting in each compound/apartment office.

Ezdan service is truly horrible but meh saves me having to deal with electricity bills, cleaning the room etc...so I put up with it...also the internet is slow

Our company anyway does not deal with Ezdan......poor state of all properties and extremely poor management....why don't you take it with your Company to switch the apartments rented by it - those properties in Mushareib are poorly designed - no natural light in the living rooms etc etc,...

What a prized arrogant jerk that man is...hope you got his name. Please complain to the Ezdan Management asap. I know quite a few families, even Lankans, living at various flats under the Ezdan Management, and have had no problems. In fact many of their employers have been very decent and helpful. This man is obviously an exception and should get his comeuppance.

Been at Ezdan .. part of the problem is those sitting in their offices are very poor in communication .. some needs to learn A for Apple yet ..

i am not being funny but that's the problem with some people working in this country, they look at the color of the skin...expecially some (not all) arabs who have some prejudice against south asians, they prefer whites and east asians and also prefer Philippinos and other arabs but are cold towards indians and other south asians like srilankans and pakistanis...so sad indeed

You must sue that man for all our sakes. Find Ezdan authorities and file a complaint immediately, is my response. Moreover, write to different media organizations... Take the name of the man out, if you know and ask for a recompense for the abuse.

If nothing avails, QL is with you to bring the name of these people down.

You have lived here for the last 15 years and it deeply saddens me that you have been treated like this.
