Hotel leisure clubs

My family and I are moving to Qatar soon and considering living in one of the apartments in West Bay/downtown. We are concerned about facilities for our young children and have been learning about membership clubs at some of the nearby resort hotels.
There is some info on QL but much of it is four years old or more. Does anyone have any experience with them and have any recommendations or warnings?
The Sheraton and Four Seasons are the closest but the Diplomatic Club and InterCon are not that far. All the online ads make them look great but it's hard to get a feel from an ad.
.
If you're going to live in West Bay, I'd highly recommend the Four Seasons. The facilities are fantastic, and the beach and pools are lovely. Never too busy, and a very relaxed venue during the days and weekends.
I haven't spent time at the Four Seasons facilities, but Sheraton is nice--probably the best beach location. Intercon has a good beach but they get A LOT of day-trippers who can overrun the place at times. Also lots of Western corporate parties, which can takeover too. This attracts young Arab men looking to ogle women in bikinis which makes the place even worse. Good friends cancelled their membership after being frustrated by all of this--they just wanted a low-key place to workout and relax.
I'm at the Diplomatic Club, but I get the membership through work. I probably wouldn't select it if I were paying. It's increasingly where Qataris go to drink which is a good or bad thing depending on your perspective. The facilities are decent, but I wouldn't call it much of a family hang-out place.
checkout Dana club as well.
CAPPAC he is asking about a club, and not about how to raise his children in Westbay.
Both Sheraton and Four seasons got excellent facilities. I guess you should check in person to get the feel of it.
