HI, Kindly answer this query..

I have a US B2 visa and so do my young kids (2), but my wife was told that she was permanently banned from applying for a non-immigrant visa, but she could still try for an immigrant visa if she has next of kin in US.
This was due to a reason.

Is there anyone in Qatar who has had similar experience and can help us. We want more information on this kind of situation.
