you must be refering to your QATAR ID or pataka, report it directly to police station and get a police report then apply for a new one.

Just goto any near Police station with your passport and get a paper for lost ID and then bring that Paper to IMGRATION department and get you new ID ...

dont waste the time u might get someproblem if someone missuse ur ID
