Is it possible to take a reentry visa if my mother in law will come here then we are planning to go to dubai together for 4 days and come back with her here in qatar?

If she leaves the country, then you need to reapply for a new visa after three months

sure its possible,,if it is family visit visa under ur sponsor you can apply re entry visa, QR 200.u can re enter until visa validity,,,

nope, you have to apply again another visa but, you can only apply again after 3 months she exit qatar.
