Just want to ask your experts advice, I left Qatar 2011 November 1. By anyhow I got visit visa and come back to Qatar through consultants and they give noc if found job there. Question is it will be problem during the transfer the visit / business visa to work visa ? As I don't have noc from previous employer and I just finished only one year outside Qatar. Please give me your valuable advice as I have 2 offers from Qatar and they can't get visa without noc but I can get visit / business visa and can travel to Qatar...my mail I'd is [email protected]

Law is law you have to wait for one more year to complete the two years ban. There's no problem in coming back the problem is you won't be issued a work visa if you don't have NOC from your previous employer. It is a must to complete 2 years ban. If you have wasta then that's another story.
