Hi, I'm on visit visa and got job and the company applying for employment visa do i need to exit the country and come back again and work here or no need to exit the country just start working when visa comes out.

usually for tourist visa you need to exit, but why dont you guys make it more easier for you by asking your company and the right person who responsible for immigrations work. ( PRO ) ? life is not complicated like you make it.
no need to exit,, there is option paying QR500... in immigration and proceed with work visa
Well depends on what type of visa you are now. If Tourist Visa, then you need to exit. If not, you can just avail NOC from your existing sponsor.
