my wife is here with me on family visit visa
we done medical for extension of visa and checked in net for result and its ok too
what i need to extend visa for 5 months again?
Is it need to take copy of medical for extension?
Is there any other application is required for visa extension?

pls help.... it is 28 days now

go to the immigration office with her passport. You will need to pay them QR 1000 for 5 months extension. Payment is to be made through ATM card / credit card.

No. You need to go to the immigration office with just her passport. You will need to pay them QR 200 per each month of extension you desire. Payment is to be made through ATM card.
