Women practically can get any job here, except for labor ones of course.
But as I know HRs are widely wanted.
I guess she won't have that much of a problem.
I guess it is a bit confusing ,it depends on the company and its owners.
If it were to be a western company she won't have a problem.
But an Qatari, not very sure.

It really depends on your wife's hands-on experience (not only the number of years),it has a lot to do with creativity.

yes you can bring your wife here by only visit visa, but you cannot make sponsor to her through Husband sponsor coz the limit of salary is 10k above, (if you are from Philippines), expect that immigration will be strict regards on visit visa, most of the time they dont allowed women to out in the Philippines, but if not, you can bring her here
