I worked before in qatar for 2 and a half years, after which I decided to go for leave my residence and after that i did not come back to qatar due to personal reasons. So my question is, can i come back to Qatar after my 2 year ban ( which will Complete on December 2012) can i came back using visit visa and if ever I look for a job in qatar and hopefully get hired, will they ask me for an NOC, cos I was not getting an NOC by the company.

Dear friends please guide me regarding this matter.

Thanks

You should know the date by which your work visa was cancelled by your previous company. The date of cancellation will be the start of your 2-year ban.

If by chance your company did not apply for the cancellation of your work visa while it is still valid, therefore the start of your 2-year ban will start on the expiry of your work visa or your Qatar ID.

There is DEFINITELY no need for a NOC if you have completed the 2-years.

You don't need NOC if you completed the 2 years ban.
