Does anyone here have any copy for a certificate of employment as a private duty nurse?

I have a friend who will be going home this November. She applied for a private nurse in a home with a diabetic client. Now, He is asking for a COE but his employer dont have any idea about the COE. So he said she will make her own and just let the employer signed which was agreed by both.
Question:
How can this become valid and is this counted as an experience?
If anyone of you have a copy or sample just for reference, please let me know. thank you!!

To be able to have a valid COE you need to have a legal contract from the Philippine Government in which your employer have processed it before your friend was hired as a PDN.

After the PDN finishes his/her contract she can make a Certificate (if the employer doesn't know how to do it) just as long as you can get the employer to sign the COE and put the Qatar Residence ID of the employer.

Then go to OWWA and the staff their will ask for the contract signed by their office and if you have a contract already they will just verify it and stamp your self made COE.

It's a late information but I hope it helps other people who also experienced the same problem.

or if you have a certificate from your previous employer in the philippines, you can copy it and edit some of the words that are written in there. it is valid as long as your employer sign it.

www.google.com. just type example of certificate of employment. you just have to change some words. it is like typing an authorization letter, you just have to change the format or the headings...
