I SUGGEST YOU ASK ASSISTANCE FROM YOUR HR DEPT. THEY GIVE YOU THE LIST OF REQUIREMENTS AND THE NECESSARY APPLICATION FORM SIGNED BY HR MANAGER AND THEN THEY WILL INFORM YOU WHAT OTHER REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO ATTACHED.

I think u need minimum 5000Qr Contract for taking 6month family visit visa and also check u can apply visit visa(6months) by ur technician visa ???..Otherwise u need to change ur visa "profession"..

5.Prove of Relationship between the sponsor and the visitor (In case applying for relatives)

6.Birth certificates for the children's (Only if Applying for child)

7.The original Marriage certificate or a copy attested- authorized by the Sponsor Embassy and ministry of foreign affair of Qatar (Only In case applying for wife)

8.Working contract (Only in case applying for the wife)
