dear its same happened with my freind, his visa cancelled by the employer and appointed by new employer as per understanding..could you beleive he passed 2 years ban period with his job on business visa provided by company even ..employer was arranging his family visa as well during all 2 yaers ban perios now he got RP after 2 years ban and he is enjoying his life ..its totally depends on employer if he wants to support or on understanding basis...its illegal but it can be achieved.

Its clear for u..on business ...tourist visa arranged by your Dubai employer can be 100% possible to come in Qatar in ban period.

The two years ban is for working again in Doha with a new sponsor. You need NOC to work again without waiting for the 2 years ban. But you can visit anytime you wish. Visa upon arrival is only for certain nationalities. And India is not on the list of countries where its nationals can get visa upon arrival at the airport. You can apply tourist visa through a hotel or travel agency.
