visa cancelled with travel ban

if my company cancelled my visa meaning i should leave doha within 7days.what if i have travel ban in which they can't allow me to go out of doha due to personal loan.After 7 days i will have penalty already what if i have travel ban?who will pay the penalty is it me or my company still responsible?
Trust me... at least 50% of the expats in Qatar has a travel ban and have issues like yourself and even worse... the only thing you can do is the following :
The bank usually takes time to put a travel ban on you... so try to tell the bank that you're negotiating with the company for NOC and it's positive. (even if the company informs the bank)
2nd : once they cancel your visa... leave the country immediately (that's sound like running away but in fact it's not, it's just better than being imprisoned here with no NOC, then yo have to pay off all your debts or go to prison. Later on you can pay off your debt from your home country.
Human rights won't be able to help you much.
3rd Try to negotiate for an NOC, tell them your situation (maybe they will understand) and then search for another job.

Just an advice : be conservative and don't tell your bank that you will be terminated or your visa would be canceled... they won't involve emotions here...they will ban you, file a court case and jail you until you pay off your debts with interest!!!!
good old joe it goes like this.i was terminated almost 1 month already and my termination letter and benefits still not finish.Im thinking maybe they are just delaying it.maybe this week they will make our payroll and the bank will know that i will not have my salary.Im thinking what if my company cancell my visa within this week and after that the bank will know that i been terminated and there is no salary come to my account.The bank will give me travel ban.Is it better that i will inform the bank even i dont have the termination paper from my company>
Looks like out here anybody can put a travel ban for any reasons or just to harass you. What if tomorrow one has a misunderstanding with your landlord or at the car dealership or maybe at the local restaurant. They just have to go to the authorities and come up wish some crap to hold you back or simply to harass you
my company cancell my visa and i still have loan to the bank.after they cancel my visa thats the time they give my termination letter and inform the bank that is why the travel ban for me appear already in the airport.
