Doha: CNA-Q DragTeam Ready To Burn Rubber

CNA-Q presented its branded racing car to the public yesterday at the campus, under the patronage of Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad bin Khalifa AI Thani, President of Qatar Racing Club.

Dr Ken Macleod, President of CNA-Q, explained that the College’s Drag Racing Club was formed in September 2012 at the campus, with the intention of encouraging road safety, while providing interesting and challenging student projects.

“This activity provides an opportunity for our Engineering Technology students to apply their knowledge through practice and very real performance – and in this case, is something that we can all enjoy at the track.
