Evaluation for nurse license for SCH

How do i get Certificate of Good standing. I already applied it from India. But hoe do i notify them or claim it in SCH? the procedure now?

Ask someone from the Philippines to go to PRC, bring ID, copy of your license and authorization letter to request for good standing to be sent directly to SCH, i think SCH will give the address to you in application process,if not, call them and inquire. The payment is around 1600php and they told me it will take 1-2 weeks..

Can I apply for evaluation even if I don't have employer?

1. If your status in SCH application is "NOT COMPLETED BY EMPLOYER" meaning your employer didnot accept the request from the SCH. SCH will give some questionnare to your employer through email. When your employer accept and answer those question tsaka palang mapaprocess ang evaluation mo.

2. it will takes at least 30-45days BUT now some said that its only takes 2wks.

3. you can request now for your good standing from PRC. PRC should be directly send the good standing at SCH address.

4. Prometric exam should be put also in evaluation at the second to the last part (but I am not sure) its in the part where it says "for additional relevant documents" (not the exact words). Anyways, if you was not able to attach it in evaluation they will send you an email asking to send it to them.

certificate of good standing and prometric exam result should be submitted during your online application for evaluation. it means you should submit it from the start when you apply online. if you failed to submit this certification, your application will be pending. that is why there is a additional page when you apply online wherein you will upload all the certificates that will help your application.

1.What does it mean, because I was the one who submitted all the docs online and not my employer?

2.How long will the evaluation process be completed?

3.When will I submit my Cert. of Good Standing from the Philippines?

4.And when will I submit my Pometric exam result?

with all your query from 1-4. you should submit the certificate of good standing together with the result of your prometric exam during the application process. it means, from the start when you apply an online evaluation, you should include those certificate. that is why there is a step by step procedures that you have to fill up and before the end of the application, there is a form wherein you have to upload all your certificates that will help you in your application for evaluation...
