contract not followed

before going here in qatar we signed a contract stating when is the exact salary but unfortunately for how many months staying here in my work in cineco 13 at villagio mall, the contract was not followed, the temper of ours is so down,, salary always delay, asking about the salary always been the problem, if we asked why the salary is delay they just ignore us.. always!!! what's the use of contract??!!!
