Is anyone out there set to arrive and begin on December 10th, 2012?

Hello,
I recently accepted a 2 year contract with the school and I am expected to arrive by December 10, 2012 for the instruction week and then begin teaching in January 2013; who out there has yet to receive there visa and e-ticket? I have contacted the school, but in the last couple of days have not heard from them...just wondering if this is normal or should I be more worried than I am?

Any information would be gratfully appreciated.
