I got a job offer in Qatar, the accommodation is included in the package,my husband is waiting for a job contract also for Qatar and his accommodation will be at his employer. So i need to know what are the chances to get same accommodation with my husband, even we have different employers.
Did you sign an employment offer? Make sure your request for live-out arrangement is at least stipulated in your offer and signed by both parties. Not to scare you but some ,if not most, employers here do not honor agreements, especially when they are only verbal ones:)
The problem is that i dont have any contact from the employer. I applied through agency. The answer agency gave was that i should ask the employer soon as i get there. Same is with my husband.
ask your employer what type of accommodation is included in the package, is it couples/family accommodation or singles/bachelor accommodation only. then ask if you can "leave-out" of the accommodation and take housing allowances instead. ask your husband to do the same for his employer from there make your decision.
