ARAMEX?? good or WORST???

I have a 2 parcels in Aramex from SUKAR. I've been informed by delivery man last Tuesday (dec. 3, 2012) that they will deliver it in the evening but UNFORTUNATELY until now December 9 my parcels are not delivered to me :/
I am happier with Aramex than DHL who charged significantly more than the Shop n Ship option. They've got the new customer number system in place, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes last Saturday morning and there were probably about 30 people waiting.

Why is it that the negative option in superlative and the positive option in normal adjective? is it for people to be inclined to choose the negative option? lol. just thinking....
about Aramex, i've done some transaction with them and quite pleased with the delivery. (bought some items on amazon... got delivered to me on time.)

Their standards have gotten very bad for Shop and Ship lately. They moved from their old location to Abu Hamoor and it is a nightmare to get there due to heavy traffic. They closed the only other outlet in Landmark and have not opened elsewhere. This to me shows their total lack of concern for customers! The main office is also a nightmare once you get there as the lines of people waiting are very long while only about half of the windows are open. Of course, then you have the people who don't feel they need to wait their turn and act surprised when they are told they need a number. However, this seems to be more under control now. Nevertheless, another example of things going so well for them that customer satisfaction is irrelevant!
I guess DHL is starting to look good with outlets in all major malls. Time to vote with out feet ;)
They take forever, are overrun with packages, system crashes regularly. But they are the cheapest. I guess we get what we pay for.
Worst, since it takes them too long....
