FAMILY VISA -CERTIFICATE ATTESTATION
HI FRIENDS!
I AM PLANNING TO APPLY FOR FAMILY VISA. CAN SOME ONE HELP ON THE FOLLOWING PLEASE:
1. MY PROFESSION IN VISA IS DRAFTSMAN. IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET THE FAMILY VISA FOR THIS PROFESSION?. I HAVE SALARY OF QR.10000 TRANSFERRED TO MY A/C.
2. I HAVE B.COM DEGREE CERTIFICATE ONLY. IS IT MUST TO ATTEST AND ATTACH WITH THE VISA APPLICATION? OR IT IS REQUIRED ONLY FOR ENGINEERS OR SAME PROFESSIONS ONLY? WHEN I INQUIRED FOR ATTESTATION, THE AGENT TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO ATTEST THE FINAL YEAR MARK LIST ALSO WHICH IS MISSING.
3. THE COMPANY IS PROVIDED A FAMILY ACCOMMODATION FOR ME AND THE SAME WILL BE SHOWED IN MY CONTRACT AND N.O.C LETTER. IS IT MUST TO HAVE A TENANCY CONTRACT IN MY NAME EVEN THOUGH ACCOMMODATION IS PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY.
PLEASE ADVISE ME IF SOME ONE HAVE INFORMATION REGARDING THESE.

Current Process:
1. Salary Letter from Employer (Arabic - Typed and addressed to MOI-Immigration Dept) - Contact your PRO of Company.
2. Copy of Your passport and Work VISA Page
3. Copy of your Education Certificate (ATTESTED - See Below for attestation details)
4. Wife's Passport Copy
5. Marriage Certificate (ATTESTED - See Below for attestation details)
6. Child(s) Birth Certificate(s) (ATTESTED - See Below for attestation details)
7) rent agreement duly attested by muncipility (muncipilty shall require another set of documents like copy of title, copy of owner QID, lay out, etc. for stamping)
REMEMBER - FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL ENTRANT APPLICATION AND DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE SEPERATELY ATTACHED.
FOR ATTESTATION:
Following attestations are required on the Originals
1. Notarization (NOTERY) from Magistrate or your home country
2. Ministry Of External affairs from your home country
3. Qatar Embassy - in your home country
4. At the end - Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA)- in Qatar
