Can anybody give me a legal advise?

I came to Qatar six years ago under a visit visa sponsored by my wife who employed in Hamad Medical. I got a job in a private company and they provided me a work visa. I worked in that company for the last six years. I resigned two months before due to some personal reasons, my company told me that they will give me release to work in other company in Qatar accordingly, I found better job from another company and obtained offer letter. I had submitted the offer letter to my previous company but now they are telling me that I will not get release because I enter in Qatar on visit visa not WORK VISA so I am not entitled for the release.

SINCE MY WIFE IS WORKING IN HMC AND MY DAUGHTER IS STUDYING HERE, AM I NOT ENTITLED FOR RELEASE?

PLEASE ADVISE ME THE LEGAL POSSIBILITIES FOR MY RELEASE.

How many times it has been discussed here. NOC is the sole discretion of the employer. You can't demand or insist that you should be given one. There's no option but to go back to your country and wait until the 2 years ban is over.

Yes it is true there is no such law . It is just an excuse for not to give you release .....
