Exiting Qatar without residence visa stamped on passport

Good day, my cousin has worked since April 2012 in one company but until now her residence visa is not stamped on her passport. Now she needs to resign this month because of some health problems. Her employer said she will be allowed to resign and will be given exit permit. Will there be a problem on her way out of the Qatar immigration since she doesn’t have any residence visa stamped?

without finger print done she is safe ....otherwise 2 yr ban...
