Nanny/housemaid visa. Can she work without a work visa??

Hi all. I put an ad out for a nanny/housemaid. I received quite a few calls, but one in particular stood out. When i said that i need to be the new sponsor and get her a work permit, she basically said, "its okay, no need for work permit. I will just work for you"
Her sponsor has left the country and she does not have s NOC.
Is it possible for her to work and stay in Doha without the work visa?????

Only if you're willing to pay a very substantial fine if she gets caught (in Dubai it ranges from 50000 to 100000 I believe it's less here).

You have to decide.
