Hello, please advice: I've managed to get business visa for 1 month to come to qatar. If I want to work in doha and will find job within this visiting time - will be possible to change my visa business to work? I'm new and need professional advice, please. thank you.

But before doing that, be specific of what kind of job you're looking for, your salary expectations and the current salary package given to the job you're looking for.
Do you have enough money to support yourself while you're here? Do you have friends that could support you while you're looking for a job?
These are the things you need to consider as Qatar is an expensive place to live especially if you're on a limited budget. There's a lot of people coming to Qatar every day to work or looking for a job.

If I am correct now a days immigration offices have stoped changing business & tourist visa to permanent if some one finds a job with a company . In both cases the NOC will not work also . This change is recently done .... At this moment only visit visa is possible to convert in permanent . That is only be possible if any company have your Nationality visa ready or available ....

Looking for "any" office job won't cut it.
Would like to help you but you seemed not sure what you want to do when you reach Qatar.
Better if you apply online, then once you have a job offer your new employer will provide your air fare and accommodation.
