tahsinmim, if the hostess is not moving it even after so many requests what will the passenger do? Keep it there till the end of the journey? We are paying for the service and if we are not getting it what we will do? Sit quite and suffer?

However the picture is not taken by MM during his journey and it seems like a stock shot taken from the net.
