I have been in Sushi Minto last week for their SUSHI MADNESS night, it is 109QR... and all you cam eat baby.
The Sushis/Maki/Sashimis were great, especially when you see the price.
Am going bach for it tonight with some friends, who wanna join the competition ?

I've always wondered how the salmon sashimi is here, and how fresh it is.
I go crazy for good sushi, can't wait to try out the places here.

I love sushi.....my wife introduced it to me few months back. She makes it home made from learning it at culinary school from a japanese chef.
Hate buffets....they always make me sick few hours later.
It is a gimmick, ppl c eat as much as u want and they rush however, I love sushi and I can only have a abt 8 sushi rolls and tht is tht. Why is sushi so expensive in this country and the taste come nowhere close to St pierres...???

Sushi Madness and all Open Buffet Sushi, is only designed for those who like quantity over quality, Those who know nothing about sushi and the way it should be served.
This place, oh boy, I have no clue how they are even licensed to make sushi and destroy its image. This is not just food it is culture and to call yourself a Sushi Chef, you need to be aware of few things about Sushi.
1- How to cut fish before you serve them. (this requires years and years of training so that you don't cut the fish in almost a cube form and other irregular shapes and sizes, which totally changes the taste and the texture)
2- TREAT the fish to kill the parasites... Yes, fish NEEDS to be treated or else you can actually die. But again, WHO CARES! it is 109 riyals... let's go eat and maybe Die if we are unlucky to get the tape worm.
I am not pointing fingers at this place as most places including some 5 star hotels in here suffer those 2 facts. I just have a problem with calling it a Sushi place because simply this is not Sushi at all.

Sushi is my daughter's favourite she is crazy about it! I like yakiniko which is a thin slice of beef grilled for few seconds and dip it in a sweet soy sauce! yummy!

Sushi is great with beer but I fear they do not sell any...
of a sushi eat-all-you-can. It's now like a fast food thing.
When ordering a la carte they were fantastic, however when going for these themed days and nights....not so much.
