Need help urgently

Hello friends,

I really need your advice about this.I entered into Qatar with a work permit or residence visa & as you know those sponsor or companies does not give jobs.Now have gotten two job offers, submitted the necessary documents including the NOC, but the problem now is the new company said have not spent up to 1year in Qatar so I cant get the job, and the original sponsor dont have jobs at all..Do i have to wait 1year before I get a desired job? #sobs#
