hi! hope i can visit ur resto 1 day... we r in rayyan so it's a lil far frm ur place. im frm quezon province & i really luv our food there. we have pancit lucban with lechon kawali on top...quite yummy! u may tell ur cook to add this to ur menu... pancit canton with lechon manok on top with spring onion too. my colleagues luv it everytime i cook pancit ( whether it's canton, miki-bihon or sotanghon ).

you may also add spaghetti with corned beef...sounds crazy but sooo yummy! u may use black mushroom frm korea.
