we found cafe bateel to be a lovely to dine in. large sofas and prompt service. the staff were polite and smiley.
we ordered seafood platter for starters. it came with a massive chips and tartar sauce. i found the hammour melts in the mouth and the batter was light and crisp. the king prawns were massive and smelt and tasted fresh which was great. we then had tagliatelle and grilled chicken breast and the fish and chips. both were tasted good the pasta was very rich and the chicken wasnt dry either. the fish was the same as the started tender with a light batter, we ordered two mocktails and i can recommend the carribean queen mocktail :)
this meal came to 190 riyals so slightly pricey but worth it overall.
