Dear Friends,

I am working for a company here in Qatar as a HR Assistant, but the company does not treat the employees well.

We are forced to log in at 8AM until 8PM without over time or any other allowance, and Friday's are also half-working days.

The majority of the workers are technicians, and they also do not have overtime. Some days they will go to site as early as 5:30AM and they will only come back after 7 or 8PM.

I am planing to inform the Ministry of Labour, so can anyone tell me what the procedure is for laying a complaint?

Can I complaint by telephone or email, because I can't go direct there on working days.

EDIT: For labour disputes we recommend you contact the National Human Rights Committee directly.
