LULU HYPERMARKET - buyer be ware !!!

Please take care IF you buy decorative lights for your Xmas Tree !!!! I bought a set from Lulu and within less than a minute the cable from the plug to the controller burst into flames. No smouldering warning directly into flame the entire lenght of the cable!

Most shocking is the response from Lulu managment when I reurned the lights. Offered my 20 qar refund but SO LITTLE concern that these lights were so truly unsafe for their customers !!

My name was and mobile number was taken by the so called Senior Manager and a promise of a follow up call that evening. Of course it never came.

Please please take care dont have your celebrations ruined by these truly unsafe lights and Lulu lack on cocern aon this grave safety issue !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
