Visa for newly born Baby
By fifaqatar2022 •
Hello. My wife lives with me here under my sponsorship. Now she is expecting mom and wish to go for delivery to my country. I came to know that if we bring the baby before 3 month, it can get the visa here on arrival. Can anyone confirm this to me whether this rule is there or no.I posted this before but i did not get an answer. Please clarify if anyone knows this.
Thanks
Dear acchabaccha & asamad908, thank you for your information. it made me so relived.
Hi, I bought my child in the month of May13 of this year, and got visa as on arrival just 4 days before he completed his 3 month. I didn't find any difficulty. I carried child birth certificate attested from india and copy i've taken from MOI site of on arrival incase if any body asked. but nobody asked any document. just at airport they stamp it after checking my residency visa of wife and me You can find more details on MOI site. and infilght there is no difficutly only u've to inform airlines about the infant as they cost some extra money. otherwise its good.
There is absolutely no difficulty for a new born baby on board a plane. Since the baby will be travelling on an infant ticket, he/she will not get a seat and will be always with the mother. You could always ask for a blanket if it gets too cold during the flight.
