manoharageetha : Stupidity is very common in Qatar, and i can see why you would like to return. For goodness sake why are you hijacking somebody Else's thread. You have not been of any assistance to the poster whatsoever, and in most peoples opinion they would prefer you stay out of Qatar until you learn some courtesy. Your Visa will not be approved and you will not receive any form of sponsorship as far as i'm aware you cannot enter the country as you absconded from your Debts and responsibilities and under Sharia Law you are punishable with Imprisonment.

kkga1234 : In response to your enquiry this is very much an opinion and in no way should be taken as facts as every individual or family have many different requirements and standards of life. Qatar is home to one of the largest Bachelor communities from South Asia and most of them only God knows how survive on wages on average of 1,200 Qar to 2,000 Qar ( This is their entire salary) They manage to live and somehow send money back home to their loved ones. So is it possible to live on 1000 Riyals here in Qatar i am assured it is because the majority of expats from South Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe manage to do so. Rentals are a nightmare for a family as the country is overwhelmed by Bachelors from South Asia often standing and gawping at women like sleazy dogs salivating at a piece of meat so also remember your wife may end up covering up to avoid this type of behavior. But ultimately you can find a one bedroom apartment of partition from 2,000 upwards depending on once again your requirements. Ezdan compounds are for families only but you will find many Indians and Sri Lankan Bachelors somehow managing to sleaze their way in through some back door and ultimately ruining these facilities for the families but you can rent for around 3,500 minimum in the compound furnished includes water and electric and a basic satellite connection. Food wise you can spend roughly 200 Riyals a week most people who eat out here will tell you as i do i can spend 200 riyals on one meal so again depends on your lifestyle and what quality of food you require. dedicate a minimum of 300-400 riyals a week only god knows how most people manage this. Transport is very expensive if you are thinking of renting a car you may not even get a license as they are only issued to certain occupations and Taxis you can spend roughly 30-60 riyals for a round journey daily, Especially if you opt for cheaper housing further away from your company of employment. Any saving is a good saving. Your salary is reasonable and you can have a good standard and quality of life. You should look to spend around 9000 with family on a descent quality of life here in Qatar as a minimum i would say and save the rest which is a reasonable saving. Best of luck and i hope you find my comments of some benefit.
