First of all I do not understand what you mean by "indemnity." You can work in Qatar for a year or longer and then quit whenever you want to. You may resign from your job even earlier than a year. However, End of Service benefits get calculated only after one has completed a full year of service. Also, if a person resigns before the end of his contract, the company will not give the return ticket and the labor law protects the company on this. The contract could be a yearly one or a two year one with the option of it getting renewed.

It all depends on the number of years you have worked for the company. For each year of service you should get 21 days gratuity. As for the un-utilized leave payment, if you are working for a good company they will pay you with your End of Service benefits. My previous company had paid me the leave I had not utilized when I left them.
