Speeding Ticket

Hello.
Just got a speeding ticket for going 92KM on 100Km road.
Wondering if any one else experienced this?
Location: Traveling North on the airport Rd from Al Wakra, and intersection of E Ring Rd at the light.

FYI.. I have been traveling on that Road for the last 4yrs and never had any ticket.

Maybe at the light it self you should drive less than 80Kph.. Maybe!

Cos of winter seems the camera speed limit shrunk from 100kmph to something lesser than 92kmph...:) May be a visit to the concerned traffic department counter would sort out the matter.
