Need a decent Plumber

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a decent plumber please?

I need someone who really knows what they are doing and who actually possesses some proper tools.

Bascially, someone who won't turn up and start by asking if I have a spare wire coathanger lying around. Speaking English well would also be necessary.

I'm getting desperate and I'm sick of the ill-prepared chancers who keep turning up.
