@Rahuls60, I applaud you for taking the time to reunite someone with their lost property - it's nice to see people helping people, however, I suggest you take the ID card to a police station. I have been told by a policeman that the police can easily get the phone number of anyone based on their Qatar ID and will quickly be able to notify them of the location of the missing card.
