Honda Pilot Resale value

Hi!

I am going to buy a 2009 Honda pilot. It has done 44000 km. The car is very clean from inside and outside.

Ive even got it checked through CarMaxx. Its in really good condition.

The guy is asking 82000 QR for it. Please advise is it worth this amount? And also what will be its resale after 1 year with a milage around 60000 km?

Sounds like too much to me for a five year-old car. I sold my 3 year-old Land Rover for 60,000, same mileage.
